Dr. Jia is a postdoctoral research fellow at RMIT whose pioneering work in hybrid integrated photonics and laser nanofabrication has led to 14 impactful publications. He is also a committed contributor to the Australian photonics community through conference leadership, mentoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
